Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add my menu items?

Go to your dashboard → Menu → Add Item. You can add a name, description, price, photo, and availability status. Items can be grouped into categories and sorted by drag-and-drop.

How do I get my QR codes?

After adding at least one menu item, go to Dashboard → QR Codes. You can generate individual QR codes per table, download them as print-ready PNG or PDF files, or print them directly from the platform.

Can I update my menu in real time?

Yes. Any changes you make in the dashboard are reflected on your live QR menu instantly. You can toggle items in and out of availability, update prices, and add daily specials at any time from your phone or computer.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription. You can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your account stays active until the end of your billing period. You can export all your data at any time before cancelling.
