By accessing or using MenuMaestro (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CTech Media Limited (“MenuMaestro”, “we”, “us”).
You may use MenuMaestro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@menumaestro.ng if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
MenuMaestro offers a 14-day free trial for all plans. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via Paystack. Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods, except where required by Nigerian consumer protection law.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to MenuMaestro (menu items, photos, descriptions, logos). By uploading content, you grant MenuMaestro a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.
You are responsible for ensuring that all content you upload is accurate, does not infringe any third-party rights, and complies with applicable Nigerian laws including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA).
The MenuMaestro Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by CTech Media Limited and protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without our express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, MenuMaestro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform with reasonable notice to users. We will provide at least 30 days notice for material changes that affect core functionality.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees after a grace period, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Platform. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation, and then the jurisdiction of the Federal High Court of Nigeria.
